Organization and corporate use of stories and storytelling
Organizations and large companies can benefit from communicating stories that unify and inspire all levels of workers, from senior managers to cashiers. This type of storytelling is particularly valuable when organizations are undergoing significant change. Or when complex issues need to be understood and acted on. Or when the nature of the business or organization is spread out over a wide area and involves a large and diverse workforce or volunteers.
Storytelling can help with change, understanding, participation and action.
